St George’s Cathedral, Southwark, formally the Metropolitan Cathedral Church of St George, is the Mother Church of the Archdiocese of Southwark, which covers the London boroughs south of the Thames, the county of Kent and the Medway Unitary Authority.

Music
St George's Cathedral has a well-established musical tradition, with a diversity of styles represented at the different Masses, ranging from congregational hymns and Mass settings at the 10am Family Mass sung by the Cathedral Consort youth choir, through plainsong and polyphony at the 12pm Solemn Mass sung by the Cathedral Choir of choristers and lay clerks. There is also a Junior Choir for younger children and the Cathedral runs the Southwark Singing Programme.

A Morning with Carlo Acutis.

Will include Mass, adoration, rosary and a talk by the guardian of the relic:

9.30am Parish Mass in the presence of the relic
10am Parish Adoration with Confessions, again with the relic on display, to conclude at 11am
11.15am Talk by Anna Johnstone (relic guardian) on Blessed Carlo Acutis in the Main Nave, followed by an introduction to the Eucharistic Miracles Exhibition panels in the Lady Chapel
12pm Veneration of the Relic
12.30pm Rosary in the Lady Chapel
1pm Morning concludes
